I don't see any availability online, can I book over the phone?
Online availability reflects actual restaurant availability at the given time. We suggest checking again our online booking platform closer to date, for last minute cancellation.
Why can't I book later than 21:30 if opening times are until midnight?
The last entrance time is 21:30. This gives all our guests comfortable amount of time to enjoy their meal before the restaurant closure at midnight.
How many people can you accommodate in the Private dining rooms?
Our private rooms can accommodate up to 18 people (subject to availability).
Can you share private dining room availability with me?
Do you have an area where we can have drinks before our PDR reservation?
Each Private dining room has the drink reception area to accommodate any pre-drinks.
Do you have a bar area where we can have drinks beforehand?
Yes, our Bar Lounge is designed to accommodate guests for pre and post lunch / dinner drinks (subject to availability).
Do you have set/reduced menus for PDR?
Our full A La Carte menu is offered for these reservations, we don’t offer any reduced/set menus at this time.
Is there anything you do to mark special occasions?
For all celebratory reservations we offer a complimentary, mini birthday cake with a sparkler. This is presented alongside dessert order. Please kindly note, we are unable to offer written personalised messages.

Can I bring a cake for my birthday?
You are welcome to bring your own cake, subject to a cakeage fee of £10 per person. For private room reservations there is no cakeage fee if the minimum spending is reached.
Please be advised that we cannot accept deliveries on behalf of our guests or store any of their belongings prior to or after their visit.
Can we book just for drinks?
Please kindly be advised that we don’t take any reservations for drinks only. All reservations are for full meals. However, you are welcome to come in as a walk-in and we will try to accommodate you at our Bar Lounge on first come first serve basis, subject to availability and maximum of 4 people.
What does "full meal" mean?
A full meal is considered at least a two-course meal including the main course.
I am trying to book and the website is requesting pre-payment, do you charge for all reservations?
Pre-paymnets are only applicable to extended stay booth reservations. Standard reservations are not subject to any charges.
I have to provide credit card details; do you charge anything at the time of the booking?
Credit card details are required to secure the booking against no-show/late cancellation (see Cancellation Policy for details). There is no charge applied at the time of the booking (unless reserving Extended Booth Table).
Can I cover a bill for the party coming tonight over the phone or pre-pay?
Can I purchase a physical voucher at your restaurant?
All our vouchers can only be purchased online, we do not offer physical vouchers.
Do you have Wheelchair access
Our restaurant is fully accessible via lifts from the ground floor to the Level 3 (no ramps required).
Do you allow dogs?
We only allow service dogs.
Are jeans & trainers allowed?
The dress code at our restaurant is elegant, smart casual, fashionwear. Please kindly note no sportswear & gym clothes. Jeans are allowed, with no rips. Smart fashion trainers are welcome too.
AV/TV equipment for Private dining rooms
Please be advised that although corporate and business events are more than welcomed, our private rooms are not equipped to accommodate events that would require any equipment or presentations such as display boards / AV system / plasma screens.
Can we hire the restaurant for Groups of 19 and more
The largest available table is within a Private Dining Room, which can accommodate party of up to 18 guests. Bob Bob Ricard is not available for an exclusive hire.
